Vacuum sealed on food safe boards, 6 – 8 slices, interleaved, 90 day ‘use by.’

250g of product
Tray packaged in a modified atmosphere, 18 – 20 slices, interleaved, 60 day ‘use by.’

De-boned whole air dried ham, vacuum sealed
180 day ‘use by,’ 60 days once opened. Suitable for delicatessens or caterers i.e. slicing in house.
